This courtyard garden was designed a couple of years back for my client in Drumcondra. Simple raised planting beds as secondary create a leafy enclosure for the paving surface through the centre of the courtyard. A fire-pit to one end of the garden acts as a gathering point for the family.

Giving my clients options and different design ideas shows them that there is a thought process in the design of their garden. Inevitably there will be one garden design that will work and look best, however it is never instant and this design process must be carried out in order to reach the right design that will suit both the site and my client's requirements.
